Orders

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled on the same day the purchase is made, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other business-related reasons. In such cases, the customer will be notified and no charge will be made, or a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations on Holidays & Non-Business Days

Cancellation requests submitted during weekends, public holidays, or non-business days may not be processed in time. Orders placed during these periods may already enter fulfillment before customer service resumes.

Meroda-Cosmetic cannot guarantee order cancellations submitted outside regular business hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and no delay notice has been provided, please contact us at info@meroda-cosmetic.com.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returned items must be approved by Meroda-Cosmetic before being sent back.

If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging

  • The guarantee applies within 30 days of delivery

This guarantee extends the standard return period from 14 days to 30 days.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected or accepted and is returned to us, the purchase is considered completed.

In such cases, a refund may be issued minus a handling and restocking fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

If you wish to have the package re-shipped, an additional shipping and handling fee may apply.
