Shipping Information

For logistical reasons, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. This means you may receive your products in multiple packages.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please carefully review and confirm that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Meroda-Cosmetic is not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

At checkout, you may choose from available shipping options, including free shipping when applicable. Please note that some orders may be shipped directly from international fulfillment partners.

Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days.
These delivery times are estimates only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email in your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at info@meroda-cosmetic.com and include your order number.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

If your delivery exceeds 45 business days, we will offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
