Returns
We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Meroda-Cosmetic.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@meroda-cosmetic.com and include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Cosmetic and hygiene products if the seal or packaging has been opened

Items that are perishable or expire quickly
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@meroda-cosmetic.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If the claim is approved, Meroda-Cosmetic will cover the return shipping cost and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
